PALM BEACH, FL, February 13, 2026 - More damning evidence is coming out about election interference as exposed in the Italian government lawsuit targeting American, Maria Strollo Zack. She confirms evidence identifying multi-country senior intelligence personnel which coordinated foreign elected officials and oligarchs and the FBI covering it up.

President Trump’s Jan. 28th post on Truth Social re-circulating Zack’s 2022 Kansas legislative testimony about the 2020 U.S. election has sparked widespread public and media interest. It is extremely rare for the country of Italy to sue a US citizen. Maria Zack’s 2020 testimony cited witnesses personally knew individuals entered and used assets of defense contractor Leonardo, SpA to alter the United States Elections of 2020.

Zack’s submission of testimony to the Rome Court expands on her Kansas testimony by providing more details on her interactions with the U.S. National Security Council & FBI and a group of high-net-worth individuals. She discloses for the first time that the FBI had been conducting an extensive investigation about the interference and that she is the federal FBI informant on the 2020 U.S. election alterations with satellites.

“I did not fabricate allegations or direct witnesses,” Zack states in her filings. “I reported information I received, preserved evidence, and cooperated fully with lawful authorities to save both America and Italy from corruption.”

In the accompanying video testimony, Zack confirms that she was formally documented as the 302 witness that worked directly with FBI personnel and U.S. national security channels, on the use of satellites to change elections and use of US government personnel until the federal officers were instructed to halt their investigation by Biden’s FBI Washington, D.C. Assistant Special Agent in Charge, Timothy Thibault. The investigators warned that by disclosing, her life would be in jeopardy. This trial has forced the disclosure.

Zack further states that a sitting Italian Member of Parliament in 2022, confirmed to her that newly elected Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Justice Minister Carlo Nordio are aware of the election theft issues involving defense contractor Leonardo SpA and are investigating.

Zack also confirms she personally provided information to President Donald J. Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

CALL FOR TRANSPARENCY

Zack says she welcomes a comprehensive investigation into the 2020 election involving cyber intrusion with full transparency, evidence preservation, and witness protections.

• “I call upon FBI Director Kash Patel to immediately open an additional investigation into the FBI process and players, with mandatory psychological polygraphs for those involved in stopping the 2020 US election theft investigation regarding claims of foreign interference including cyber intrusion into America’s system,” Zack states.

• Additionally, Zack calls for Director Patel to implement mandatory employee protection affidavits at every pay period where they check a box yes, did you witness illegal or suspicious activity yes or no, for all FBI employees. The affidavit would go to a new federal, state and local public corruption task force to ensure proper oversight of the investigations.
